A friendly establishment with a welcoming host. Everything available for an overnight stay
This reception from the staff and the meals were extremely good and we felt that they could not do enough for you. We had young children and they were made to feel very welcome and
Only stayed there one night, as we were going to a gig at the O2 accademy, the hotel was a perfect location for this.
Very pleasant proprieter and a lovely breakfast. Room spotlessly clean.
Room was quite dated with melamine furniture and wood chip on walls. Shower was an over bath hand held affair with no bracket on wall. Quite old fashioned. Our bath was under the eaves and did not have enough space to stand up.
The staff were extremely helpful, the room very clean and the breakfast first class. No complaints, will return next year.
The Ttv screen couild have been bigger, considering a 4 bed family room, but no real complaints.
The staff were personable and welcoming like in a b&b but also allowed us privacy like a hotel. It was excellent value for money compared to other hotels in Bournemouth.
The hotel is not in central Bournemouth. With a car this is fine though. We also walked along the promenade to the centre which only took 30 mins.
We fully enjoyed because it was comfortable with all facilities. The staff was very kind and took care of everything my family needed. The breakfast was tasty and rich. We felt as if we were at home.
The room was excellent and very clean. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast was quality with plenty to eat. I would recomend this hotel to everyone and I am sure we will return sometime next year and maybe stop longer.
Warm and very friendly very willing to do that bit extra and made our six year old daughter feel very welcome
Two parents and two children (7 and 9) shared the family room. The hotel was well located for the beach and was quiet at night. It was just what we required. Great breakfast and friendly, polite staff.
We had a very warm welcome, our room was lovely and clean. The breakfast and hospitality was outstanding
This has got to be one of the best hotels we have stayed in for a friendly and relaxed atmoshere.Nothing was to much trouble for her guests.Food excellent and plenty of hot water always available.Would certainly stay there again if we go that way.Excellent positon for beach and buses.A Lovely relaxing stay.
Everything was perfect! When we arrived we got lovely and warm welcome form the owner of the hotel (even though we arrived very late). When we were show to our room which we were pleasantly surprised as they were very bright, clean, specious and in the same time cozy and homey. There was plenty of tea and coffee placed in the room, which make you felt like the hotel is not trying to save on you. The bathroom (we were allow to choose and we chose the one with bath) was sparkling clean and with little luxurious touches like "sanctuarium covent garden" cream and lovely towels. The breakfast was from 8.00am till 9.00am however we came down at 9.20am and we were served with smile and with wonderful food (famous sausages made by the owners husband who is a butcher, were delicious! even for me who is not a fan of the meat). There was wide selection of fresh fruits, croissants, fresh rolls and selection of cereals bigger than in some supermarkets. The sea was just few minutes’ walk from the hotel and you were walking straight to the pier, which was lovely place to visit. The parking is straight in front of the hotel so you do not have to worry about your car (the neighborhood is very friendly and quiet so you don’t have to worry anyway). You wake up to the chirped of the birds which for us (we are living in London) were the perfect beginning to our weekend. The owner is this charming lady who gave me a big hug when we were living with a little a bit of nostalgia on our shoulder, but with great thought that we will come back here very soon for sure...
It is perfect! You should definitely come to feel that!
We received a very warm welcome, good service and the room was very clean and comfortable
